AW Signer

Terms of use

Draft  Plain-language terms while the product is new. A lawyer-reviewed version will replace this.

What AW Signer is

AW Signer is a Mac app that applies digital signatures to PDF files using a USB token you already own. We provide the software. You provide the token, the certificate and the documents.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your token and PIN safe, for the documents you sign, and for checking that the signature meets whatever rules apply to you. A signature made with AW Signer is only as valid as your certificate and the rules of the person who receives it.

Plans

The Free plan allows 10 signed documents a month. Pro, with unlimited signing, is not on sale yet. When it is, its price and billing terms will be shown before you pay.

No warranty

We work to keep AW Signer reliable, but it is provided as it is. We can’t promise it will suit every token, every PDF or every workflow, and we aren’t liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows. Check an important signed file before you send it.

Your data

See the privacy page. In short: your documents stay on your Mac.
